We want you to love your Velcore order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, email us at velcorehelp@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We offer free size exchanges. Contact us at velcorehelp@outlook.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
Non-returnable items
- Items purchased on sale
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
